<![CDATA[Inventory management plays an important role in the company, all types of inventory need to be managed so that the efficiency of the production process can be guaranteed and produce quality products and in conditions of no defects. Therefore, the high demand that must be met according to consumer wishes and goods that do not meet the needs makes companies have to control the inventory of production raw materials so that there is no excess or shortage of stock. Thus, the purpose of this study is to help control excess inventory and reduce costs as low as possible. The method used in this study is Just in Time (JIT). Therefore, this study resulted in a difference in the estimated cost of storing raw materials every month before using JIT of Rp. 15,269,335 while the estimated cost of storing raw materials per month after using the Just in Time system was Rp. 7,634,667 so as to reduce the estimated cost of storing raw materials by Rp. 7,634,667. Therefore, the use of Just in Time can increase productivity by controlling the inventory.]]>
