<![CDATA[Presiden Joko Widodo mengumumkan peraturan terkait pengendalian produk sedimentasi di laut: Peraturan Pemerintah (PP) Nomor 26 Tahun 2023. Peraturan ini telah menimbulkan pro dan kontra dari beberapa pihak. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dampak teritorial reklamasi dan dampaknya dikeluarkan Peraturan Pemerintah 26 Tahun 2023. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif analitis. Hasil studi menjelaskan bahwa dengan keluarnya PP No. 26 Tahun 2023, maka keuntungan dan kerugian akan terwujud. Selama kebutuhan dalam negeri terpenuhi dan regulasi dipatuhi, ekspor diperbolehkan. Sebelum bisnis dapat mulai mengekspor pasir, mereka harus memenuhi persyaratan tertentu. Jika syarat tersebut tidak dipenuhi, pemerintah akan memberikan sanksi. Multiple parties have raised both pros and cons regarding this regulation. The objective of this study was to examine the territorial effects of reclamation and the effects of the 2023 Government Regulation 26. This is a qualitative study employing analytical descriptive techniques. Profits and losses will result from the issuance of PP No. 26 of 2023, according to the findings of the study. Exports are permitted so long as domestic requirements are met and regulations are followed. Before a business can begin exporting sand, it must satisfy certain conditions.
