Abstract

This study discusses the application of the POAC principles (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling) in Islamic education, focusing on the book Ta'lim al-Sibyan bi Gh?yat al-Bay?n by Tuan Guru Haji Muhammad Shaleh Hambali Bengkel. The aim is to analyze how POAC is implemented to achieve educational effectiveness. The method used is qualitative content analysis. The findings show that the POAC principles support the integration of various disciplines and the development of students' character. The study concludes that POAC-based educational management can create an effective learning environment, producing superior generations. Penelitian ini membahas penerapan prinsip POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling) dalam pendidikan Islam, dengan fokus pada Kitab Ta'lim al-Sibyan bi Gh?yat al-Bay?n karya Tuan Guru Haji Muhammad Shaleh Hambali Bengkel. Tujuannya adalah menganalisis bagaimana POAC diimplementasikan untuk mencapai efektivitas pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis konten kualitatif. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa prinsip POAC mendukung integrasi disiplin ilmu dan pengembangan karakter siswa. Simpulan penelitian menekankan bahwa manajemen pendidikan berbasis POAC dapat menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang efektif, menghasilkan generasi unggul.
