Analisis Kinerja Sistem Informasi Inventory Papoetoys Jombang Menggunakan Metode Pieces Framework

CV. Putra Putri Jombang sebuah Perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur merasakan pentingnya memiliki sistem informasi yang mampu mengelola data stok dan penjualan yang baik. Keinginan untuk membuat suatu sistem informasi yang terintegrasi antar divisi terkait yaitu antara Kantor dan Gudang untuk mempermudah proses pekerjaan demi meningkatkan efisiensi dan kinerja Perusahaan dirasa perlu untuk kemajuan ke depannya. Kemudian dengan bekerjasama dengan CV. Nusantara Computech hal ini berhasil diwujudkan. Tetapi hingga 2 tahun berjalan sejak diimplementasikan belum pernah dilakukan evaluasi untuk mengetahui apakah sistem yang berjalan sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan Perusahaan dan apakah Pengguna merasa Puas dengan adanya sistem ini? Sehingga Peneliti kemudian mengambil metode PIECES untuk mengevaluasi kinerja Sistem Informasi Inventory (Simtory), bagaimana kinerja simtory dapat mendukung proses bisnis yang berjalan di CV. Putra Putri Jombang. Dan hasilnya didapatkan bahwa sistem informasi ini sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan Perusahaan. Dimana setelah penelitian dilakukan mendapatkan hasil untuk variable Performance 3,90 yang berarti Puas, variable Information  3,78 yang berarti Puas, variable Economy 3,58 yang berarti Puas, variable Control 3,65 yang berarti Puas, variable Efficiency 3,70 yang berarti Puas dan variable Service 3, 625 yang berarti Puas, sehingga kesimpulannya secara keseluruhan hasil kinerja sistem setelah diimplementasikan merasa Puas dengan adanya Simtory ini sebagai sistem informasi yang sesuai dengan proses bisnis di CV. Putra Putri Jombang.   CV. Putra Putri Jombang, a company operating in the manufacturing sector, feels the importance of having an information sistem that can manage stock and sales data well. The desire to create an integrated information sistem between related divisions, namely between the Office and the Warehouse to simplify the work process to increase the Company's efficiency and performance, is deemed necessary for future progress. Then by collaborating with CV. Nusantara Computech has succeeded in realizing this. However, up to 2 years after it was implemented, no evaluation has been carried out to find out whether the sistem that is running is by the Company's needs and whether users are satisfied with this sistem. So the researcher then used the PIECES method to evaluate the performance of the Inventory Information Sistem (Simtory), and how the performance of Simtory can support the business processes running at CV. Putra Putri Jombang. And the results showed that this information sistem was by the Company's needs. Where after the research was carried out, the results for the Performance variable were 3.90 which means Satisfied, the Information variable 3.78 which means Satisfied, the Economy variable 3.58 which means Satisfied, the Control variable 3.65 which means Satisfied, the Efficiency variable 3.70 which means Puas and the Service variable 3, 625 which means Satisfied, so the overall conclusion is that the sistem performance results after implementation are Satisfied with the existence of Simtory as an information sistem that is by the business processes at CV. Putra Putri Jombang.
