<![CDATA[Sectio caesarea merupakan proses pembedahan untuk mengeluarkan janin melalui sayatan pada dinding perut dan rahim. Tindakan persalinan section caesarea dapat menimbulkan luka akibat sayatan pada dinding abdomen untuk mempercepat proses penyembuhan luka post operasi perlu dilakukannya mobilisasi dini, yaitu salah satu faktor untuk mempercepat penyembuhan luka post operasi section caesarea. Tujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan mobilisasi dini dengan penyembuhan luka pada pasien post sectio caesarea di Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak. Metode penelitian jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode korelasi dan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Dengan menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling dengan jumlah sampel 36 orang. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tanggal 04 Mei -31 Mei 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrument kuesioner observasi lowa Level of Assistance Scale (ILOA Scale) atau SKALA ILOA dan lembar observasi penyembuhan luka Sectio Caesarea. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji statistic chi-square. Hasil Berdasarkan hasil P-value sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga didapatkan hubungan yang signifikan antara mobilisasi dini dengan penyembuhan luka pada ibu post operasi sectio caesarea. Kesimpulan dan Saran Terdapat hubungan bermakna antara mobilisasi dini dengan penyembuhan luka pada pasien post operasi Sectio Caesarea dan bagi ibu post section caesarea melakukan mobilisasi dini agar mempercepat proses penyembuhan luka post operasi section caesarea serta dapat membantu melancarkan peredaran darah.AbstractSectio caesarea is a surgical process to expel the fetus through an incision in the abdominal wall and uterus. The act of delivering a caesarean section can cause injuries due to incisions on the abdominal wall to speed up the postoperative wound healing process. Objective to determine the relationship between early mobilization and wound healing in post sectio caesarea patients at the Mother and Child Hospital. Method is a type of quantitative research using the correlation method and cross sectional approach. By using purposive sampling technique with a sample of 36 people. This research was conducted on May 4 -May 31, 2023. This study used the ILOA Level of Assistance Scale (ILOA Scale) observation questionnaire instrument and the Sectio Caesarea wound healing observation sheet. Data were analyzed using the chi-square statistical test. Results Based on the results of a P-value of 0.000 <0.05, a significant relationship was obtained between early mobilization and wound healing in postoperatie sectio caesarea mothers. Conclusion There is a significant relationship between early mobilization and wound healing in postoperative Sectio Caesarea patients. It is hoped that post-section caesarea mothers will carry out early mobilization in order to speed up the wound healing process after post-cesarean section operations and can help improve blood circulation.]]>
