<![CDATA[AbstractThis research aims to determine and test the influence of compensation, motivation and professionalism on the loyalty of PT Gojek drivers in the Bandar Lampung branch. The number of samples in this research was 100 drivers with data collection using quantitative data analysis research instruments with the aim of testing the established hypothesis. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, T test, F test and coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this research show that partially the compensation and motivation variables have a significant effect, while professionalism has no effect but is not significant on the loyalty of PT Gojek drivers in the Bandar Lampung branch. Then, the variables compensation, motivation and professionalism simultaneously influence the loyalty of PT Gojek drivers at the Bandar Lampung branch. Based on the results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2), an R square value of 0.410 was obtained. This shows that the variables compensation, motivation and professionalism can influence the loyalty variable with a value of 0.410 and the rest is influenced by other variables Keywords: Compensation, Motivation, Professionalism, Loyalty. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji pengaruh kompensasi, motivasi dan profesionalisme terhadap loyalitas driver PT Gojek cabang Bandar Lampung. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 100 driver dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen penelitian analisis data bersifat kuantitatif dengan tujuan untuk menguji hipotesis yang ditetapkan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan ialah regresi linier berganda, uji T, uji F dan koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel kompensasi dan motivasi berpengaruh signifikan sedangkan profesionalisme tidak berpengaruh namun tidak signifikan terhadap loyalitas driver PT Gojek cabang Bandar Lampung. Kemudian, variabel kompensasi, motivasi dan profesionalisme secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas driver PT Gojek cabang Bandar Lampung. Berdasarkan hasil analisis koefisien determinasi (R2), diperoleh nilai R square sebesar 0,410.
