Abstract

The salesman reward is an assessment activity to give awards to the best salesmen every year. However, in the Sales division at the Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Indonesia company, they still assess the number of absences and achievement of sales targets and salespeople are assessed subjectively. This becomes less effective and less systematic in terms of assessing salesman rewards. This research aims to produce a Decision Support System in determining the best salesman rewards effectively and systematically in the company. There are so many SPK methods but researchers use a combination of the CPI and PM methods to solve the problem of assessing the best salesman rewards. Setiap kriteria diberi bobot menggunakan pendekatan CPI, dan pemeringkatan alternatif dihasilkan menggunakan metode PM. Lima kriteria digunakan selain sepuluh kumpulan data tambahan, termasuk: Product Knowledge, Discipline (attendance), Loyalty, Teamwork and Sales Target Achievement. The results obtained from this research are that the top 3 alternative data are declared the best salesmen and receive rewards.
