This study aims to evaluate the use of Telegram social media applications that are used as a means of sharing knowledge in a virtual telegram group. The Information System Success Model by Delone and Mclean is used as a basic theory by considering individual characteristic factors. A research model and twelve hypotheses were developed in this study. The model and hypothesis are then tested and validated using data obtained from a survey conducted online. The data obtained is then analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) using SmartPLS software. Tests include "measurement model" and "structural model". The results of data processing identify that the use of social media (telegram) has succeeded in becoming a tool for android developers to share information and knowledge. This study found that the factor "system use" and "user satisfaction" were the main factors that influence "individual impact".
