ANALISIS KAPASITAS DAYA DUKUNG TIANG PANCANG TERHADAP HASIL UJI CALENDERING (Studi Kasus Review Design Pada Overpass Lemah Ireng Sta 20+212 Proyek Jalan Tol Semarang - Bawen Paket V)

Abstract

The potential for a design review becomes a necessity in construction projects and the principle of efficiency to be one of the considerations in conducting a design review at a construction while maintaining the technical factors such as structural safety of the building. Design review can be done to some construction that can not be implemented in the field because encounter some obstacle or structure can be implemented, but because of economic considerations it is necessary to change. As happened at the overpass Lemah Ireng Semarang Toll Road Development Project - Bawen Package V. The presence of excess stake in another overpass (L = 8 m), raises thought to be used in the overpass abutment 2 (OP) Lemah Ireng, where appropriate initial design , needs stake in OP Lemah Ireng are a number of 8 pieces, diameter (D) 50 cm, length of 9 meters. Results analisispondasi abutment piles in 2 Over Pass (OP) Lemah Ireng produce pile needs to be 10 (ten) pile diameter D = 50 cm length L = 8 meters. Analysis of design review is done by calculating the initial design capacity of pile group obtained at 8694.468 Kn, then share it with a capacity of 1 pole on a review of design (L = 8 m) in accordance with the SPT value at a depth of 8 (eight) of the meter. From the analysis of the bearing capacity of piles kalendering results obtained capacity 1 pole (Pcal) = 1527.941kN, while analysis of the bearing capacity of 1 stake on a review of design is determined by the strength of the soil, which amounted Pijin_rd = 1214.74916 kN. Thus the carrying capacity of piles technical design review results declared safe.Potensi adanya review design menjadi sebuah keniscayaan dalam proyek konstruksi dan prinsip efisiensi menjadi salah satu pertimbangan dalam melakukan review design pada sebuah konstruksi dengan tetap mengutamakan faktor teknis berupa keamanan struktur bangunan. Review design bisa dilakukan untuk beberapa konstruksi yang tidak dapat dilaksanakan di lapangan karena menjumpai beberapa kendala atau struktur bisa dilaksanakan tetapi karena pertimbangan ekonomis maka perlu diadakan perubahan. Seperti yang terjadi di  overpass Lemah Ireng Proyek Pembangunan Jalan Tol Semarang – Bawen Paket V. Adanya kelebihan tiang pancang di overpass lain (L = 8 m), memunculkan pemikiran untuk dapat digunakan di abutment 2 overpass (OP) Lemah Ireng, dimana sesuai design awal, kebutuhan tiang pancang di OP Lemah Ireng adalah sejumlah 8 buah, diameter (D) 50 cm, panjang 9 meter. Hasil analisispondasi tiang pancang di abutment 2 Over Pass (OP) Lemah Ireng menghasilkan kebutuhan tiang pancang menjadi 10 (sepuluh) tiang pancang diameter D = 50 cm panjang L = 8 meter. Analisis review design ini dilakukan dengan menghitung kapasitas kelompok tiang design awal yang didapat sebesar 8694,468 Kn, kemudian membaginya dengan kapasitas 1 tiang hasil review design (L = 8 m) sesuai dengan nilai SPT pada kedalaman 8 (delapan) meter tersebut. Dari analisis kapasitas daya dukung tiang pancang hasil kalendering didapat kapasitas 1 tiang (Pcal) = 1527.941kN, sementara analisis kapasitas daya dukung 1 tiang pancang hasil review design ditentukan oleh  kekuatan tanahnya, yaitu sebesar Pijin_rd = 1214.74916 kN. Dengan demikian kapsitas daya dukung tiang pancang hasil review design secara teknis dinyatakan aman.
