Abstract

Indonesia is a maritime country that has very strategic geographical conditions. With very strategic conditions, Indonesia requires a strong defense force in maintaining the sovereignty of the country, one of which is the national defense industry. The defense industry in Indonesia is currently not running as it has been conceptualized from the beginning, so regulations are needed so that the government can carry out the development of the defense industry as it should. This research uses normative juridical research methods by examining theories, concepts and laws and regulations related to this research.
