<![CDATA[AbstrakSetiap perusahaan, baik itu perusahaan manufaktur maupun jasa, selalu membutuhkan persediaan. Pengelompokandengan klasifikasi ABC dalam pengendalian persediaan berguna untuk mengetahui tipe barang, dimulai dari barangyang nilainya paling tinggi hingga terendah. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Exploratory Study denganbantuan analisis kualitatif yaitu nilai rata- rata persediaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukanklasifikasi komponen KIND-13 General Metalc pada komponen auto purchase menggunakan metode analisis ABC,kemudian menganalisis perbandingan pengendalian persediaan yang telah dilakukan perusahaan pada sistem ERPdengan hasil pengolahan data yang dilakukan peneliti dengan menentukan metode manakah yang paling optimumbila diterapkan. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan komponen yang termasuk kelas A sebanyak 7 item, pada kelas Bsebanyak 7 item dan pada kelas C sebanyak 20 item. Hasil perhitungan meperlihatkan bahwa metode EOQ, metodeMin-Max Stock dan metode POQ menunjukkan hasil yang berbeda. Hanya Metode EOQ saja yang menunjukkanterjadinya inventory level pada semua item dengan rata-rata persentase penurunan sebesar 73%, dan sebagian besarkomponen mencapai penurunan 86% sehingga metode EOQ merupakan metode terbaik daripada metode Min-MaxStock dan Metode POQ. Dari hasil tersebut perusahaan perlu menerapkan metode EOQ untuk mengendalikanpersediaan spare part KIND-13 General Metalc supaya dapat menghemat biaya pengeluaran.Kata kunci: Analisis ABC, Persediaan, Metode Min-Max Stock, Metode EOQ, Metode POQ AbstractEvery company, manufacturing or service company, always needs supplies. Grouping with ABC classification ininventory control is useful for knowing the type of goods, starting from the highest value items to the lowest. The typeof research used is Exploratory Study with qualitative analysis, namely the average value of inventory. The purposeof this research is to determine the classification of General Metalc's KIND-13 components in auto purchasecomponents using the ABC analysis method, then analyze the comparison of inventory control that has been carriedout by the company in the ERP system with the results of data processing carried out by researchers by determiningwhich method is the most optimal when applied. The results of this study show components including class A as manyas 7 items, class B as many as 7 items and class C as many as 20 items. The calculation results show that the EOQmethod, Min-Max Stock method and POQ method show different results. Only the EOQ Method shows the occurrenceof inventory levels on all items with an average percentage decrease of 73%, and most components achieve a decreaseof 86% so that the EOQ method is the best method than the Min-Max Stock method and POQ method.
