Pengaruh Orientasi Kewirausahaan dan Keterampilan Kewirausahaan terhadap Kinerja UMKM di Daerah Cibubur

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji secara empiris 1) orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja UMKM. 2) keterampilan kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja UMKM. Pengujian hipotesis pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan PLS-Sem kepada 77 responden yaitu pemilik UMKM di daerah cibubur melalui kuesioner. Hasil dari pengujian hipotesis ini menunjukkan bahwa orientasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM dan keterampilan kewirausahaan juga berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM. Dan yang paling berdampak dan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja UMKM adalah keterampilan kewirausahan. The purpose of this study is to test empirically 1) entrepreneurial orientation on the performance of SMEs. 2) entrepreneurial skills on the performance of SMEs. Testing the hypothesis in this study was carried out using PLS-Sem to 77 respondents, namely MSME owners in the Cibubur area through a questionnaire. The results of testing this hypothesis indicate that entrepreneurial orientation has a significant effect on MSME performance and entrepreneurial skills also have a significant effect on MSME performance. And what has the most impact and influence on the performance of MSMEs is entrepreneurship skills.
