<![CDATA[Abstract Background: Bronchopneumonia is a striking health problem despite various advances in the field of antibiotics. This disease attacks the lungs, resulting in an ineffective airway. Objective: To implement bronchopneumonia nursing care for children with ineffective airway clearance nursing problems. Method: Using a case study design, with observation, interview and document data collection techniques. The number of respondents was 2 patients, in accordance with the inclusion criteria. Results: Both patients had a chief complaint of cough and the primary nursing diagnosis was ineffective airway clearance. After being given nursing care (therapy administration) sequentially (oral medication, nebulization, massage therapy/ back massage), the problem of ineffective airway clearance was resolved. Conclusion: Choosing the right intervention according to the main complaint and clinical condition of the patient in the case of ineffective airway clearance nursing will produce the expected results, namely the problem is resolved. Keywords: Nursing care;Bronchopneumonia. Abstrak Latar belakang: Bronkopneumonia merupakan masalah kesehatan yang mencolok walaupun ada berbagai kemajuan dalam bidang antibiotik. Penyakit ini menyerang organ tubuh paru-paru, sehingga mengakibatkan jalan napas tidak efektif. Tujuan: Melaksanakan asuhan keperawatan bronkopneumonia pada anak dengan masalah keperawatan bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif. Metode: Menggunakan desain studi kasus dengan teknik pengambilan data observasi, wawancara, dan dokumen. Jumlah responden 2 pasien, sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi. Hasil: Kedua pasien memiliki keluhan utama batuk dan diagnosa keperawatan utama bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif. Setelah diberikan Asuhan Keperawatan (tata laksana pemberian terapi) secara berurutan (obat oral, nebulisasi, terapi pemijatan/ massage punggung), masalah bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif teratasi. Kesimpulan: Pemilihan intervensi yang tepat sesuai dengan keluhan utama dan kondisi klinis pasien pada masalah keperawatan bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif, akan memperoleh hasil yang diharapkan, yaitu masalah teratasi.
