<![CDATA[Introduction: Growth and development is essential for every child. The child's health influences the acceleration of child growth and development, conversely, if the child has a poor health status, the child will experience growth and development diseases. Methods: This research is a type of quantitative analytic. The research design used was a cross-sectional or cross-sectional study. The population in this study were children under five at Posyandu Belimbing II, Lenteng Agung Village, Jagakarsa District in 2022 as many as 53 children. The sample in this study was 53 respondents. The sampling technique uses total sampling. The research instruments or tools used to collect data is by using observation sheets and Developmental Pre-Screening Questionnaires (KPSP). Data analysis chi-square test. Results: Based on the results of statistical tests on the relationship between nutritional status and the development of children under five, a P value = 0.005 was obtained and a relationship between status was obtained with the development of children under five with a P value = 0.302. Discussion: There is a relationship between nutritional status and the development of children under five and there is no relationship between sports status and the development of children under five.
