Sucofindo Services Unit Dondang (under the guidance of Mrs. Theresia Militina and Mrs. Rina Masithoh Haryadi).This study aims to analyze labor requirements sampling of coal at PT. Sucofindo Services Unit Dondang.Basic theory used is human resource management with tools of analysis and hypothesis testing using the method of calculation of workforce needs based on workload to approach the task per duties of office. If not in accordance with the workload, then the hypothesis is accepted. Conversely, if the calculation of employee needs coal sampling is in accordance with the workload, then the hypothesis is rejected. Based on the results of the overall study showed that labor sampling at PT. Sucofindo Services Unit Dondang from 2012 until 2015 is not in accordance with the workload up to the over sampling of labor, then the hypothesis is accepted authors.]]>
