Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Rumah sakit merupakan bagian penting dari suatu sistem kesehatan, karena rumah sakit sebagai salah satu penyedia upaya pelayanan kesehatan. Perawat adalah seorang yang memiliki kemampuan dan kewenangan melakukan tindakan keperawatan berdasarkan ilmu yang dimilikinya yang diperoleh melalui pendidikan keperawatan. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kualitas kehidupan kerja dengan kinerja perawat di RSUD Labuang Baji. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional study. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pasien rawat jalan di Rumah Sakit Umum Labuang Daerah Baji bulan Januari 2024. Sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel yang terlibat sebanyak 60 orang. Hasil: Penelitian yang di ikuti oleh perawat ruang rawat inap Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Labuang Baji yang diikuti oleh 60 perawat, yang terdiri dari 40 perawat perempuan dan 20 perawat laki-laki. 80% perawat yang terlibat sudah bekerja selama 10-20 tahun. 76% merupakan golongan PNS golongan IV. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdapat hubungan antara komponen peningkatan produktivitas kerja perawat seperti hubungan kesempatan untuk mengembankan diri, gaji dan kesejahteraan, keaamanan kerja, kebanggaan pada pekerjaan, keterbukaan dan keadilan, kepercayaan dan keramahan. Tetapi adanya perbedaan mengenai tingkat hubungan dari lemah-sedang, selain gaji dan kesejahteraan yang memiliki hubungan tingkat sedang (0,437 dan 0,581). Kesimpulan: Variabel komponen produktivitas kerja perawat seperti komponen peningkatan produktivitas kerja perawat seperti hubungan kesempatan untuk mengembankan diri, gaji dan kesejahteraan, keaamanan kerja, kebanggaan pada pekerjaan, keterbukaan dan keadilan, kepercayaan dan keramahan berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan produktivitas perawat walaupun dalam tingkat lemah-sedang. Diharapkan data penelitian dapat digunakan sebagai dasar pertimbangan dalam membentuk kebijakan pada instansi terkait demi meningkatkan kualitas hidup perawat. ABSTRACT Background: Hospitals are an important part of a health system, because hospitals are one of the providers of health care efforts. Nurse is a person who has the ability and authority to perform nursing actions based on his knowledge obtained through nursing education. Objective: To determine the relationship between the quality of work life and the performance of nurses at Labuang Baji Hospital. Method: This study is an analytic observational study with a cross sectional study approach. The population in this study were outpatients at Labuang Baji Regional General Hospital in January 2024. The sample in this study used purposive sampling technique with the number of samples involved as many as 60 people. Results: The study was participated by nurses in the inpatient room of Labuang Baji Regional General Hospital which was attended by 60 nurses, consisting of 40 female nurses and 20 male nurses. 80% of the nurses involved have worked for 10-20 years. 76% are class IV civil servants. Based on the results of the study, there is a relationship between the components of increasing nurses' work productivity such as the relationship between opportunities to develop themselves, salary and welfare, job security, pride in work, openness and justice, trust and friendliness. However, there are differences regarding the level of relationship from weak-moderate, other than salary and welfare which have a moderate level of relationship (0.437 and 0.581). Conclusion: The variable components of nurses' work productivity such as the components of improving nurses' work productivity such as the relationship between opportunities for self-development, salary and welfare, job security, pride in work, openness and fairness, trust and friendliness affect the improvement of nurses' productivity even though at a weak-moderate level. It is expected that the research data can be used as a basis for consideration in forming policies at relevant agencies in order to improve the quality of life of nurses.
