ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Perpol No. 8 Tahun 2018 Pasal 4 tentang Pelaksanaan Pelayanan Kesehatan Tertentu di Lingkungan Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia. Pada Bab II Pasal 4 mengatur Penatalaksanaan Heat Stroke di lingkungan Lembaga Pendidikan Polri. SPN Polda Sulsel merupakan salah satu Lembaga pendidik siswa Polisi, yang dalam proses belajar mengajarnya harus selalu berpedoman kepala peraturan yang telah ditetapkan. Diketahui bahwa proses PBM di SPN Polda Sulsel salah satunya kegiatan fisik berat yang sangat rawan terhadap kasus Heat stroke. Tujuan: Untuk menganalisis efektifitas penatalaksanaan Heat stroke berdasarkan Perpol Nomor 8 Tahun 2018. Metode: Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif deskriptif. Informan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik snowballing Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan Teknik wawancara mendalam dengan alat perekam, telusur dokumen dan observasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teori Miles dan Huberman yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian dilakukan bulan Juni- Agustus 2024. Kesimpulan: Penatalaksanaan Heat Stroke di SPN Polda Sulsel dinilai dari input dan proses sudah efektif dilaksanakan dengan selalu perpedoman kepada Perpol Nomor 8 Tahun 2018. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari jumlah kasus Heat stroke yang tidak pernah lagi terjadi. Namun ada kendala yang ditemukan pada kurangnya kepatuhan pengasuh dan siswa dalam melaksanakan sebagian SOP. Kendala ini diatasi dengan selalu memberikan edukasi dan sosialisasi tentang pentingnya patuh terhadap SOP yang ada. Chapter II Article 4 regulates the Management of Heat Stroke within the Police Education Institution. SPN Polda Sulsel is one of the educational institutions for Polri students, which in its teaching and learning process must always be guided by the head of the Regulation that has been set. It is known that the PBM process at SPN Polda Sulsel includes heavy physical activities that are very prone to cases of Heat Stroke. Objective: To analyze the effectiveness of Heat Stroke management based on Perpol Nomor 8 of 2018. Method: This study is descriptive qualitative. The partisipants in this study adopted the Snowball Sampling Technique. The Data collection methode employed an in-depth interview strategy using a recording devices, document search and observation. The aplication of Miles and Huberman aproach involves drawing conclusions. The investigation was conducted over the period of June to August in the year 2024. Conclusion: The management of Heat Stroke at the SPN Polda Sulsel is assessed from the input and process to have been effectively implemented by always adhering to Perpol Number 8 of 2018. This can be seen from the number of Heat stroke cases that have never happened again. However, there were obstacles found in the lack of compliance of caregivers and students in implementing some of the SOPs. This obstacle was overcome by always providing education and socialization about the importance of complying with existing SOPs.
