<![CDATA[This study aims to determine and analyze the performance achievements of the Semarang City Fire Department and its suitability to the goals, targets and programs that have been set. The data collection technique used is data observation technique. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method, namely collecting, classifying, interpreting and analyzing data to provide clear and accurate answers from the formulation of the problem and then comparing theories related to the problem being discussed to then make conclusions and suggestions that are considered important. The results of the research and discussion carried out by the author show that overall the performance of the Semarang City Fire Department's activities has generally demonstrated excellent performance with an achievement score of 100%. Thus, it can be said that for 2024 we have been successful in achieving the targets that have been set targets]]>
