PENGARUH KOMPENSASI DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN CV ABC

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini mengambil objek pada CV. ABC yang merupakan perusahaan suplier yang menyuplai barang berupa pagar BRC. CV. ABC sebagai suatu perusahaan yang tidak terlepas dari masalah kinerja karyawan dalam hal pencapaian output secara maksimal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompesasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan populasi 63 karyawan bagian produksi. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Non-Probability Sampling dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mencakup semua karyawan bagian produksi, yang berjumlah 63 orang. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang disusun. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh hasil bahwa Kompensasi terbukti tidak memiliki kontribusi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Maka dapat diartikan bahwa skema kompensasi yang diberlakukan tidak akan mempengaruhi Kinerja Karyawan, dan Disiplin Kerja terbukti memiliki kontribusi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dari hal tersebut bisa diartikan bahwa bentuk kedisiplinan yang diterapkan di CV ABC memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Kompensasi, Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan ABSTRACT This study took the object at CV. ABC which is a supplier company that supplies goods in the form of BRC fences. CV. ABC as a company that is inseparable from employee performance problems in terms of achieving maximum output. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation and work discipline on employee performance. This study used a quantitative method with a population of 63 production employees. The sampling technique used Non-Probability Sampling with a saturated sampling technique. The sample used in this study included all production employees, totaling 63 people. Data was obtained through a questionnaire that was compiled. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it was found that Compensation was proven to have no contribution to employee performance. So it can be interpreted that the compensation scheme that is implemented will not affect Employee Performance, and Work Discipline is proven to have a contribution to employee performance. From this it can be interpreted that the form of discipline applied at CV. ABC has an influence on employee performance Keyword: Compensation, Work Discipline, Employee Performance
