<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership and the work environment on the job satisfaction of employees at PT. Pegadaian. The research sample was 43 people. Data is processed using the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS). The results of the study show that transformational leadership has an indirect effect on employee job satisfaction, and the work environment has an effect on employee job satisfaction. The results of the study show that job satisfaction can be increased through an increase in transformational leadership styles that have changeability, and an adequate work environment, such as the company's attention to the needs of employees, especially adequate equipment for work.
