<![CDATA[The COVID-19 pandemic that is sweeping the world today, has caused high morbidity and mortality worldwide. The vaccination program provided by the Indonesian government is aimed at tackling the COVID-19 pandemic. The survey results show that there are still many pregnant women who refuse to be vaccinated against COVID-19. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors related to the interest of pregnant women in participating in the COVID-19 vaccination program. This study uses an analytical survey approach with a cross sectional design. The population of this study were all pregnant women in the working area of the Muara Kelingi Public Health Center from October to November 2021. The sample was taken by purposive sampling as many as 87. Data collection used primary data. Data analysis was carried out by using the Chi-Square test (χ2) and the Contingency Coefficient (C) test. The results obtained: There is a relationship between attitude, husband's support, and the role of health workers with the interest of pregnant women in the close category, and there is a relationship between the sources of information obtained and the interest of pregnant women in the moderate category. It is hoped that the Muara Kelingi Health Center can increase the support and participation of health workers in carrying out the task of fostering the COVID-19 vaccination program by means of mobile vaccines so as to facilitate access for pregnant women to get COVID-19 vaccinations and is expected to increase the interest of pregnant women in participating in COVID vaccinations. -19.]]>
