<![CDATA[Abstract This research aim is to understand the influence of sexual communication openness between husband and wife to the sexual satisfaction of the wife. Penness of sexual communication covers open exchange of opinion and ideas concerning sexual relationship, empathy, positive equality, and supportive between the communicators, that is husband and wife. Sexual satisfaction is characterized by stress reduction and ultimate physical and emotional satisfaction in sexual activity that includes excitement phase, plateau phase and orgasm phase. The hypothesis of the research is that the openness of sexual communication influences the sexual satisfaction of married women. Research population is 115 married women in RT.02 RW,03 Country side/Sub-District of Blimbing Malang. Sampling methods applied is accidental random sampling. Data collection in used Likert scale questionnaireconsist of two scale : sexual communication openness (102 valid items) and sexual satisfaction (100 valid items). Validity examination using arl Pearson Product Moment correlation for the sexual communication openness scale shows that 8 items are not valid and 94 items are valid with coefficient correlation range of 0,2570-0,9402. Result of validity examination for the sexual satisfaction scale shows that 1 items is not valid and 99 items are valid with coefficient correlation range of 0,3177-0,9626. Reability test using coefficient correlation Alpha (Cronbach) shows that the reability coefficient for the sexual communication openness of sexual communication scale is equal to 0,9914 and the sexual satisfaction scale of shows correlation coefficient equal to 0,9894. Data analysis using Regression Analysis indicates that the F = 365,916 with significance level of 0,000 and coefficient correlation of 0,764. The data analysis result proves that the sexual communication openness does affect the married womens sexual satisfaction.
