Abstract

ABSTRACTThe cause of mortality in newborns is jaundice, which is a yellow color that appears on the skin and mucosa due to an increase in bilirubin. The initial survey that was carried out at the Kota Datar Health Center was found in 25 cases, in 2019, there were 28 cases and in 2020 there were 30 cases of babies with jaundice. The time of the study was March - June  2021. The sample in the study was 30 respondents, namely all babies who had jaundice. Data analysis to answer research problems was carried out using a test chi square. Keywords: Gestational Age, Delivery Process  ABSTRAKPenyebab mortalitas pada bayi baru lahir adalah Ikterus yaitu warna kuning yang tampak pada kulit dan mukosa karena peningkatan bilirubin Hiperbillirubin merupakan suatu keadaan dimana kadar billirubin. Penelitian menggunakan desain penelitian cross sectional. Penelitian dilakukan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kota Datar Kecamatan Hamparan Perak Kabupaten Deli Serdang Tahun 2021. Waktu penelitian bulan Maret – Juni tahun 2020. Sampel pada penelitian sebanyak 30 responden yaitu seluruh bayi yang mengalami ikterus. Analisis data untuk menjawab permasalahan penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji chi square. Kesimpulannya terdapat hubungan umur kehamilan, proses persalinan, berat badan lahir, dan pelayanan kesehatan bidan dengan kejadian bayi kuning. Kata Kunci: Umur Kehamilan, Proses Persalinan
