<![CDATA[ABSTRACT The titled of this study is The Evaluation of Cooperation between Library and Archives of Bali with PT Telkom Indonesia in order to improve Library service. The type of research is quantitative descriptive. This study aims to determine whether there is influence the cooperation of Library and Archives of Bali with PT Telkom Indonesia in order to improve Library services. This research is located in the Library and Archives of Bali. The population in this study is the number of new members of the National Library and Archives of Bali in March 2016. In the sample calculation using the formula slovin, with a total sample of 94 people, while the data collection techniques used were proportionate stratified sampling random. This study uses data collection techniques such as questionnaires. The techniques of data analysis research is simple linear regression analysis while using the formula Y = a + bX.
