Intense competition in the business world demands an increase in the company's human resources (HR) in terms of quality. Companies demand that the human resources involved in them must be able to compete, survive, and be able to win the competition. Employees become planners, executors, and controllers who always play an active role in realizing organizational or industrial goals. And the company's goals will be achieved if employees get the expected job satisfaction. The aims of this study were: 1) To determine the effect of workload on job satisfaction of CV Yazid Bersaudara employees, Tanjung Branch, Tabalong Regency. 2) To determine the magnitude of the influence of workload on job satisfaction of employees of CV Yazid Bersaudara Tanjung Branch, Tabalong Regency. Research using quantitative methods. The collection of research data was obtained from questionnaires and observations. The population in this study were all employees of CV Yazid Bersaudara Tanjung Branch, Tabalong Regency, with a total of 32 people. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling, namely the sampling technique is equal to the total population. Data analysis techniques use the Generalized Structured Component Analysis (GSCA) program. The results of this study indicate that 1) There is an effect of workload on employee job satisfaction at CV Yazid Bersaudara Tanjung Branch. 2) The magnitude of the effect of workload on employee job satisfaction at CV Yazid Bersaudara Tanjung Branch is 54.3% and the remaining 45.7% is influenced by other variables outside of the variables studied.
