<![CDATA[This research was conducted with the objectives: 1) To find out strategies for eradicating criminal acts of corruption in Indonesia. 2) To find out efforts to eradicate criminal acts of corruption in Indonesia. The type of research used in this research is normative legal research using statutory and conceptual approaches. The results of this research show that: 1) Strategies that can be implemented in eradicating corruption in Indonesia are by establishing anti-corruption institutions, preventing corruption in the public sector, social prevention and community empowerment, creating various legal instruments that support the prevention and eradication of corruption, carrying out international cooperation and carrying out monitoring and evaluation 2) Efforts that can be made to eradicate criminal acts of corruption in Indonesia are by carrying out penal (refractive) efforts, namely efforts made by handing over cases of criminal acts of corruption that occur to law enforcement, in this case the police. , prosecutors and Corruption Eradication Commission to be processed in accordance with applicable legal provisions. Apart from penal (repressive) efforts, other efforts made to eradicate criminal acts of corruption are non-penal (preventive) efforts, namely handling efforts that focus on preventive nature without the existence of criminal law to influence the public's views regarding criminal acts of corruption.]]>
