This study aims to investigate whether narrative therapy can be used as a method of trauma healing for natural disaster survivors. Trauma healing is one of the primary needs for those who have experienced a disaster. Through trauma healing, it is hoped that survivors can fully recover from their trauma, allowing them to resume their daily activities as usual. One method that can be used for trauma healing is narrative therapy, which is a counseling approach that is conducted either individually or in groups, encouraging the client to be open and express their experiences through storytelling related to the issues they are facing. The research method used in this study is literature review or library research. This method will be supported by several literature reviews that the researcher needs as references, so that the results will be in line with the intended purpose, which is related to narrative therapy as a method of trauma healing in the aftermath of disasters.
