<![CDATA[Optimal breast milk production is essential to support the health and development of infants, especially in the early stages of life. However, some mothers face problems with low production, requiring intervention to increase it. This study aimed to analyze the effectiveness of the combination of ba'ukup and acupressure to increase breast milk production in the postpartum period. The design of this study was a pretest-posttest with control group. The study was conducted in Hitu Village, Leihitu District, Central Maluku Regency, involving 24 postpartum mothers who were then divided into treatment groups and control groups. The treatment group received a combination of ba'ukup and acupressure, while the control group received standard care. Measurement of breast milk production in both groups was carried out using the weighing test method. The collected data were analyzed using independent samples t-test. The results showed that mothers who received a combination of ba'ukup and acupressure techniques experienced a significantly higher increase in breast milk production volume compared to the group that received standard care, which was indicated by a p value = 0.000. It was further concluded that the combination of ba'ukup and acupressure is effective in increasing breast milk production during the postpartum period.Keywords: breast milk; postpartum; ba'ukup; acupressure ABSTRAK Produksi air susu ibu yang optimal sangat penting untuk mendukung kesehatan dan perkembangan bayi, terutama pada fase awal kehidupan. Namun, beberapa ibu menghadapi masalah rendahnya produksi, sehingga memerlukan intervensi untuk meningkatkannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas kombinasi ba'ukup dan akupressur untuk meningkatkan produksi air susu ibu pada masa post partum. Desain penelitian ini adalah pretest-posttest with control group. Penelitian dilakukan di Desa Hitu, Kecamatan Leihitu, Kabupaten Maluku Tengah, dengan melibatkan 24 ibu post partum yang selanjutnya dibagi menjadi kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol. Kelompok perlakuan mendapatkan kombinasi ba'ukup dan akupressur, sedangkan kelompok kontrol menerima perawatan standar. Pengukuran produksi air susu ibu pada kedua kelompok dilakukan menggunakan metode weighing test. Data yang telah terkumpul dianalisis dengan independent samples t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ibu yang mendapatkan kombinasi ba’ukup dan teknik akupressur tersebut mengalami peningkatan volume produksi air susu ibu lebih tinggi secara signifikan dibandingkan dengan kelompok yang mendapatkan perawatan standar, yang ditandai dengan nilai p = 0,000.
