<![CDATA[ABSTRACT All health service facilities are required to maintain Electronic Medical Records in accordance with standards determined by the Ministry of Health. Measuring use in information systems can be seen from various perspectives and the use of electronic medical records can be influenced by system quality, performance expectations and supervision. This research aims to analyze the influence of system quality and performance expectancy on the use of Electronic Medical Records partially or jointly as well as supervision as a moderator variable. This type of research is quantitative with a cross sectional study design. The population used was 62 health workers in outpatient installations as RME users. The sampling technique uses the total sample. Data collection analysis techniques use survey methods, and data analysis techniques use PLS-SEM using the smart-PLS program and three box method analysis. The moderating role of supervision on the influence of performance expectancy on the use of RME shows a comparison of the TV value of 0.908 < 1.96, which means that supervision does not moderate the influence of performance expectancy on the use of RME, so H5 is rejected. Conclude that system quality and performance expectancy contribute strongly to influencing usage. System quality and performance expectancy have a positive and significant effect on the use of RME. Keywords: System Quality, Performance Expectancy, Supervision, Use, Electronic Medical Records ABSTRAK Seluruh fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan wajib menyelenggarakan Rekam Medis Elektronik sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditentukan kemeterian kesehatan. Mengukur penggunaan dalam sistem informasi dapat dilihat dari berbagai perspektif dan penggunaan rekam medis elektronik dapat dipengaruhi oleh kualitas sistem, performance expectancy dan supervisi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas sistem dan performance expectancy terhadap penggunaan Rekam Medis Elektronik secara parsial maupun bersama-sama serta supervisi sebagai variable moderator. Jenis penelitian termasuk dalam kuantitatif dengan disain cross sectional study. Populasi yang digunakan adalah tenaga kesehatan di instalasi rawat jalan sebagai pengguna RME berjumlah 62 orang. Teknik sampel menggunakan total sampel. Teknik analisa pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei, dan teknik analisa data menggunakn PLS-SEM menggunakan program smart-PLS serta analisa three box method. Pada peran moderasi supervisi atas pengaruh performance expectancy terhadap penggunaan RME menunjukkan perbandingan nilai TValue 0,908 < 1,96 yang berarti bahwa supervisi tidak memoderasi pengaruh performance expectancy terhadap penggunaan RME, sehingga H5 ditolak. Menyimpulkan bahwa kualitas sistem dan performance expectancy berkontribusi kuat dalam mempengaruhi penggunaan. Kualitas sistem dan performance expectancy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penggunaan RME.
