Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa efektif promosi yang dilakukan oleh Museum Pos Indonesia melalui akun media sosialnya. Penulis menggunakan metode literatur dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan juga observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kurangnya interaksi akun media sosial Museum Pos Indonesia menyebabkan sedikitnya minat Masyarakat yang ingin berkunjung ke Museum Pos Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to find out how effective the promotion carried out by Museum Pos Indonesia through its social media accounts. The author uses the literature method with a qualitative approach and also observation. The results showed that the lack of interaction of the Museum Pos Indonesia's social media accounts caused little public interest in visiting the Museum Pos Indonesia.
