<![CDATA[Research on the influence of leadership and work motivation aims to analyze and explain the influence of digital leadership and work motivation on the accessibility of collections within the information service and collaboration workgroup at the UPT Proklamator Bung Karno Library. The research data was collected using a questionnaire method and the data analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis using the F test and T test. Data collection using a census, so that data is taken from the entire population. The independent variables consist of leadership and work motivation, and the dependent variable is collection accessibility. This research was conducted by testing the validity and reliability of the instrument, then the data was analyzed and tested using the F test and t test. The results showed that partially the digital leadership variable had an effect on the accessibility of the collection, and the work motivation variable had an effect on the accessibility of the collection. Simultaneously, the leadership variable and the work motivation variable affect the accessibility of the collection.]]>
