Perception of workload, perceived urgency, poor supervision, toxic work environment, lack of authority, conflict, and value differences between management and staff are all factors that can cause workplace stress. Of the fifteen nurses surveyed for the preliminary study at RSUD Pringsewu, seventy-three percent said they were bored and tired of their daily routines. Of the fifteen nurses surveyed, 66.7% said that mental burdens such as punctuality were a result of the hospital's work culture.
