Abstrak: Kehamilan merupakan masa pertumbuhan dan perkembangan janin intrauterine mulai konsepsi hingga persalinan. Ketika jumlah sel darah merah atau konsentrasi pembawa oksigen dalam hemoglobin tidak mencukupi memenuhi kebutuhan fisiologis tubuh maka ini merupakan anemia dalam kehamilan. Dampak anemia yaitu terjadinya kesakitan dan kematian baik ibu maupun bayi. Upaya pemerintah untuk mengatasi anemia dengan konsumsi 90 tablet Fe. Hal ini dapat tercapai jika ibu patuh mengkonsumsi tablet Fe. Peneliti melakukan survei pendahuluan pada tanggal 10 Desember 2021 di Puskesmas Long Ikis didapatkan hasil pada bulan Oktober sebanyak 23 (57,5%) dan pada bulan September sebanyak 37 (80%) ibu hamil mengalami anemia. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan kepatuhan konsumsi tablet Fe terhadap anemia pada ibu hamil di Puskesmas Long Ikis. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan case control, dengan jumlah sampel 33 ibu hamil dipilih menggunakan teknik Total Sampling. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner MMAS dan buku KIA. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa responden yang tidak patuh dan mengalami anemia sebanyak 16 ibu hamil (94.1%) dibandingkan yang tidak anemia sebanyak 2 ibu hamil (12.5%). Uji statistik Chi Square menunjukkan nilai P-value= 0.000<α (0.05), sehingga Ha diterima. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini yaitu ada hubungan kepatuhan konsumsi tablet Fe terhadap anemia pada ibu hamil di Puskesmas Long Ikis.Abstract: Pregnancy is a period of growth and development of the intrauterine fetus from conception to childbirth. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of adherence of Fe tablet consumption to anemia in pregnant women at the Long Ikis Health Center. This research method uses a case control approach, with a total sample of 33 pregnant women selected using the Total Sampling technique. This research instrument used the MMAS questionnaire and the MCH book. The results showed that respondents who did not comply and experienced anemia were 16 pregnant women (94.1%) compared to those who were not anemic as many as 2 pregnant women (12.5%). Chi Square's statistical test shows a value of P-value= 0.000<α (0.05), so Ha is accepted. The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between the adherence of Fe tablet consumption to anemia in pregnant women at the Long Ikis Health Center.
