<![CDATA[This studi aims to analyze the determinants that cause customers to cancel pilgrimage deposits. This research was examined using a type of descriptive qualitative research in the field (field research). The instrument for collecting data used field observation techniques by going directly to see field conditions and followed by structured interview techniques. The results of this study explain that there are two factors that cause customers to cancel hajj deposits, namely internal factors originating from customers such as health problems and urgent needs. While external factors originating from outside the scope of the customer, namely the long waiting period for hajj departure, old age, issues that cannot be confirmed, such as the inability to depart for prospective pilgrims aged 60 years and over and issues regarding sudsidy policies being abolished, there is hajj furoda program and died.]]>
