<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis efektivitas penerapan restorative justice dalam penanganan tindak pidana pencurian di wilayah hukum Kepolisian Resort Jeneponto serta Kendala-kendala yang ditemukan dalam efektivitasnya. Penelitian ini, jika dilihat tipenya maka penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum empiris dan dilakukan di Wilayah Hukum Kabupaten Jeneponto khususnya di Polres Jeneponto. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Efektivitas penerapan restorative justice dalam penanganan tindak pidana pencurian di wilayah hukum polres jeneponto berjalan kurang efektif karena terdapat beberapa kendala dalam penerapannya.(2) Terdapat beberapa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerapan restorative justice dalam penanganan tindak pidana pencurian di wilayah hukum polres jeneponto diantaranya Belum ada Formasi Sidang Restoratife Justice dan prasarana (ruangan).. The research objective is to analyze the effectiveness of implementing restorative justice in handling criminal acts of theft in the jurisdiction of the Jeneponto Resort Police and the obstacles found in its effectiveness.
