<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis efektivitas penyidikan terhadap anak sebagai pelaku tawuran kelompok di Polrestabes Makassar. Tipe penelitian ini adalah yuridis empiris. Hasil Penelitian penulis mendapatkan bahwa: 1). Efektivitas Penyidikan terhadap anak sebagai pelaku tawuran kelompok di Polrestabes Makassar, kurang berjalasan secara efektif. Di karenakan kurangnya penyidik khusus anak di Unit Pelayanan Perempuan dan Anak yang memiliki kompetensi dan kualifikasi memadai sesuai prinsip-prinsip sistem peradilan anak. 2). Faktor yang mempengaruhi penyidikan terhadap anak sebagai pelaku tawuran kelompok di Polrestabes Makassar, sangat dipengaruhi oleh tiga faktor utama: substansi hukum, sarana dan fasilitas, serta sumber daya manusia penyidik. Substansi hukum menjadi pedoman krusial yang menjamin perlindungan hak-hak anak dan mendorong pendekatan rehabilitatif dalam penyidikan, meskipun penerapannya masih menghadapi tantangan. The research objective is to analyze the effectiveness of investigations into children as perpetrators of group brawls at the Makassar Police. This type of research is empirical juridical. The author's research results found that: 1). The effectiveness of investigations into children as perpetrators of group brawls at the Makassar Police, is not being carried out effectively. This is due to the lack of special child investigators in the Women and Children Services Unit who have adequate competence and qualifications for the principles of the juvenile justice system. 2). Factors influencing the investigation of children as perpetrators of group brawls at the Makassar Police are strongly influenced by three main factors: legal substance, means and facilities, and human resources of investigators. Legal substance is a crucial guideline that guarantees the protection of children's rights and encourages a rehabilitative approach in investigations, although its implementation still faces challenges.]]>
