Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk: (1) menganaliisis pengaruh langsung karakteristik individu, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja, (2) menganaliisis pengaruh langsung karakteristik individu, dan lingukungan kerja terhadap motivasi kerja, (3) menganaliisis pengaruh tidak langsung karakteristik individu, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer melalui survei sebanyak 50 anggota sebagai sampel dari seluruh jumlah anggota sebanyak 52 orang, survei dilakukan selama 2 (dua) bulan yaitu Maret s.d Mei 2024. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan program SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pengaruh karakteristik individu, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh langsung terhadap Kinerja Anggota, (2) karakteristik individu, dan lingkungan kerja tidak langsung terhadap kinerja anggota melalui motivasi kerja. This research was conducted with the aim of: (1) analyzing the direct influence of individual characteristics and the work environment on performance, (2) analyzing the direct influence of individual characteristics and the work environment on work motivation, (3) analyzing the indirect influence of individual characteristics and the work environment on performance. This research uses primary data through a survey of 50 members as a sample from a total of 52 members. The survey was conducted for 2 (two) months, namely March to May 2024. The data was analyzed using the SmartPLS program. The results of the research show that: (1) The influence of individual characteristics and the work environment has a direct effect on member performance, (2) individual characteristics and the work environment have an indirect effect on member performance through work motivation.
