PENGARUH KERJASAMA TIM DAN KOMITMEN TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DENGAN MOTIVASI KERJA

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to analyse the relationship between the performance of XYZ officeemployees in the Banten Provincial government, with teamwork variables, work commitment. andemployee performance variables through the intervening variable of work motivation. Quantitativeresearch method using SmartPLS 4.0 software analysis tool. The research sample was 65 employees ofthe XYZ Agency in Banten Province. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires distributeddirectly to respondents. The test results show that teamwork has a negative effect on performance,commitment has an influence on employee performance, teamwork variables have an influence onmotivation, work commitment affects motivation, motivation has an influence on employee performance,motivation has an influence on the relationship between teamwork and employee performance. It canbe concluded that to improve employee performance can be supported by teamwork, commitmentthrough work motivation.   ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis hubungan kinerja karyawan kantor XYZ pada pemerintahanProvinsi Banten, dengan Variabel Kerjasama tim, komitmen kerja. dan Variabel kinerja pegawaimelalui variabel intervening motivasi kerja. Metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan alatanalisis software SmartPLS 4.0. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 65 orang pegawai Instansi XYZ ProvinsiBanten. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang disebar langsung kepada responden.Hasil pengujian menunjukkan kerja sama tim berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja, komitmen memilikipengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, variabel kerja sama tim memiliki pengaruh terhadap motivasi,komitmen kerja berpengaruh terhadap motivasi, motivasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai,motivasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap hubungan kerja sama tim dengan kinerja pegawai. Dapatdisimpulkan untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai dapat ditunjang Kerjasama tim, komitmen melaluimotivasi kerja.
