Observasi guna menentukan karakteristik individu dan komitmen organisasi pada kinerja karyawan Hotel Maxone Jimbaran. Pengumpulan data memakai kuesioner dan sensus digunakan pengambilan sampel. Data diproses dari respons penuh 39 responden. Dari hasil analisis diketahui ada efek positif dan signifikan karakteristik individu pada kinerja karyawan dengan nilai penghitungan 2,984 dan pentingnya 0,005 <0,05, komitmen organisasi mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan, dengan nilai jumlah 3,859 dan pentingnya 0,000 <0,05. Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara karakteristik individu dan komitmen organisasi dalam kinerja karyawan Hotel Maxone Jimbaran dengan nilai penghitungan 34,927 dan pentingnya 0,000 <0,05. This study aims to determine individual characteristics and organizational commitment to employee performance at Hotel Maxone Jimbaran. The research method uses a quantitative approach with questionnaire data collection techniques sampling with mixing method techniques. The data is processed from the full response of 39 respondents. From the results of the analysis, it is known that there is a positive and significant effect of individual characteristics on employee performance with a calculated value of 2,984 and the importance of 0.005 <0.05, organizational commitment affects employee performance, with a total value of 3.859 and an importance of 0.000 <0.05. There is a positive and significant influence between individual characteristics and organizational commitment in the performance of employees of Hotel Maxone Jimbaran with a calculation value of 34.927 and the importance of 0.000 <0.05.
