<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Infeksi luka operasi adalah infeksi pada daerah operasi atau organ atau ruang yang terjadi dalam 30 hari pasca operasi atau dalam kurun 1 tahun apabila terdapat implant. Strategi pencegahan dan pengendalian infeksi luka operasi meliputi pencegahan preoperasi dan Pencegahan Intra Operasi. Pengetahuan perawat adalah cara pandang perawat dalam menjalankan asuhan keperawatan terhadap pasien berdasarkan ilmu yang diperoleh dalam pendidikan formal dan berfokus pada perawatan untuk pasien. Tujuan Penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan perawat terhadap Tindakan pencegahan infeksi luka operasi di Ruang Bedah Central Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Brimob Depok. Metode PenelitianDeskriptif Analitik menggunakan rancangan Cross Sectional. Analisis data menggunakan uji Kendal Tau C. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan perawat tentang tindakan pencegahan infeksi luka operasi di Ruang Bedah Central Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Brimob Depok Tahun 2024 dengan nilai (p-value 0,036). Kesimpulan dan saran dalam penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan antara pengetahuan perawat tentang tindakan pencegahan infeksi luka operasi di Ruang Bedah Central Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Brimob Depok Tahun 2024. Diharapkan penelitian ini sebagai masukan dibidang profesi keperawatan sebagai referensi dan pengetahuan perawat terhadap tindakan pencegahan infeksi luka operasi di Ruang Bedah Central Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Brimob Depok. Descriptive Analytical Research Method using a Cross Sectional design. Data analysis used the Kendal Tau C test. The research results showed that there was a relationship between nurses' knowledge about measures to prevent surgical wound infections in the Central Surgery Room at Bhayangkara Brimob Hospital, Depok in 2024 and the value (p-value 0.036). The conclusion and suggestion in this research is that there is a relationship between nurses' knowledge about measures to prevent surgical wound infections in the Central Operating Room at Bhayangkara Brimob Hospital, Depok in 2024.
