ABSTRAK Tindakan Slow Deep Breathing menimbulan efek rileks sehingga memungkinkan seseorang merasa lebih tenang, meningkatkan relaksasi yang dapat menurunkan tingkat kecemasan. Mengetahui efektivitas Slow Deep Breathing untuk menurunkan tekanan darah pada penderita hipertensi di Klinik Pratama Fatwa Medika Cikarang 2024. Metode kuantitatif Quasy Eksperiment, dangan personal pre dan post test design. Teknik yang digunakan total sampling dengan jumlah responden 35. Hasil uji paired samples t-test Slow Deep Breathing nilai rata pre- test 1.6857  dan post- test 9143. Di dapat nilai sig. ( 2-tailed) adalah 0.000 < 0.05. Ada efektivitas Slow Deep Breathing untuk menurunkan tekanan darah pada penderita hipertensi di Klinik Pratama Fatwa Medika Cikarang 2024. Kata Kunci: Slow Deep Breathing, Hipertensi, Rileks  ABSTRACT The action of Slow Deep Breathing causes a relaxing effect that allows a person to feel calmer, increasing relaxation which can reduce anxiety levels.
