This research aims to see the influence of the Human Development Index (HDI), Regency/City Minimum Wage, and Economic Growth on Labor Absorption in Regency/City in East Java Province from 2013 to 2022. This research uses panel data regression methods, and The selected model is the Fixed Effect Model (FEM). The results of this research show that the Human Development Index (HDI) has a significant influence on labor absorption. Regency/City Minimum Wages also significantly affect labor absorption, and Economic Growth significantly impacts employment opportunities in Regency/Cities in East Java Province.
