In the era of globalization, competition in the field of health services is getting tighter because people are increasingly choosing health service facilities. Patients can ask for all information from various types of hospital services, facilities provided, hospital advantages. Information from various media, both print and electronic, easily. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the quality of health services on patients' intention to return to the Mataram city regional general hospital, either partially or simultaneously. Quantitative analytical research method with a cross sectional approach with a sample size of 100 people. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS Statistical Program for Social Sciences 2.7. The research results found that partially the quality of health services had a positive and significant effect on intention to return visits. Then, simultaneously, the quality of health services has a positive and significant effect on interest in returning to visit. ABSTRAKPada era globalisasi, persaingan di bidang pelayanan Kesehatan semakin ketat karena Masyarakat semakin memilih dalam fasilitas layanan kesehatan. Pasien dapat menanyakan semua informasi dari berbagai jenis pelayanan rumah sakit, fasilitas yang diberikan, keunggulan rumah sakit informasi dari berbagai media baik cetak maupun elektronik dengan medah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan kesehatan terhadap minat kunjung Kembali pasien ke rumah sakit umum daerah kota mataram baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian analitik kuantitatif dengan metode pendekatan cross sectional dengan jumlah sampel 100 orang. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan SPSS Statistical program for Social Sciences 2.7. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa secara pasial kualitas pelayanan kesehatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat kunjung Kembali. Kemudian secara simultan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat kunjung Kembali.
