<![CDATA[Pemerintah Desa Moncek Timur membentuk BUMDes untuk menjadi penggerak ekonomi desa, namun dalam proses pengelolaannya kurang baik. Dalam menjalankan Badan Usaha Milik Desa ada beberapa kendala atau hambatan seperti sumber daya manusia yang kurang baik sehingga akuntabilitas pengelolaannya kurang baik, juga keterbatasan modal yang disebabkan oleh sulitnya mendapat bantuan suntikan dana dari pemerintah. Bantuan sulit untuk didapatkan disebabkan BUMDes Sera’ Berkat belum mendaftar badan hukum. Tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat Universitas Trunojoyo Madura mendampingi penyusunan dokumen-dokumen pendukung untuk melakukan pendaftaran badan hukum. Abstract The Urgency of Legal Entity Registration of Village-Owned Enterprises in East Moncek-Sumenep for Strengthening the Village Economy.Moncek Timur Village government formed BUMDes to drive the village economy, but the management process is not good. In running the BUMDes, there are several obstacles or barriers, such as poor human resources that result in poor management accountability, as well as capital limitations caused by the difficulty of obtaining funding injections from the government.
