Guidance and counseling teachers have an important role in alleviating student problems at school. Services that can be provided by guidance and counseling teachers to prevent bullying problems are through peer counselor services. This research aims to examine in depth the role of guidance and counseling teachers through peer counselor services to prevent bullying behavior at school. This research uses the literature review method, to review various relevant articles using Google Scholar. The results of this study indicate that peer counselors are effective in preventing bullying behavior. Bullying behavior that occurs is closely related to peer support, so to overcome bullying problems that occur, the role of peers is needed which is packaged in peer counselor training activities to increase student competence in providing counseling services to students who have problems, especially bullying problems that occur at school. Students will be more open in expressing the problems they experience to their peers compared to teachers or parents, so that peer counselor services are effective in helping students to prevent and resolve problems experienced by students at school.
