Abstract

ABSTRAKBurner merupakan penunjang kebutuhan di industri maupun manufactur, dari industri menengah maupun industri kelas atas. Di industri masih banyak kekurangan pemahaman mengenai sistem operasional dan sistem kontrol burner, karena sistem pengoperasian burner tidak mudah untuk di pahami oleh sembarang orang. Pengoperasian burner tanpa memiliki pemahaman yang cukup maka bisa mengakibatkan hal yang fatal. Kontrol burner semakin lama akan semakin tinggi harga beli di pasaran lokal maupun di luar. Maka dari kasus tersebut penulis ingin mencoba memecahkan masalah tersebut dengan mendesain kontrol burner Berbasis PLC dengan menggunakan logika Fuzzy untuk mendapatkan kepastian pengontrolan. Penulis berharap dengan penelitian ini bisa di kembangkan ke industri kecil maupun skala besar.Kata Kunci : Kontrol, Burner, Industri, Logika Fuzzy, PLC.  ABSTRACTBurner is a support for the needs of industry and manufacturing, from medium and high-end industries. In the industry, there is still a lack of understanding of the burner operation system and control system, because the burner operating system is not easy to understand by just anyone. Operating the burner without having sufficient understanding can result in fatal things.The longer the burner is controlled, the higher the purchase price in the local and foreign markets. Therefore, from this case, the author wants to try to solve the problem by designing a PLC-based burner control using Fuzzy logic to get control certainty.
