<![CDATA[Skin disease is a common health problem and can interfere with and affect the daily activities of those who experience it. Early diagnosis of skin diseases can help for the right handling and treatment process before the condition of the skin disease gets worse. Therefore, this study proposes an expert system for diagnosing skin diseases that implements the forward chaining method to assist the process of diagnosing skin diseases. In this expert system research, the authors collected data from dermatologists in the form of information on symptoms of various types of skin diseases. This research is expected to help doctors and patients in their efforts to deal with skin disease problems more effectively. In addition, it is also hoped that this research can become a reference for the development of an expert system for diagnosing skin diseases that is more sophisticated and can be used widely.]]>
