<![CDATA[Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji masalah peningkatan hasil belajar antara siswa yang mendapatkan pembelajaran model problem posing tipe post solution posing dan pembelajaran konvensional, mengkaji aktivitas belajar siswa kelas X SMAN 2 Pariaman selama proses pembelajaran matematika dengan menggunakan model problem posing tipe post solution posing. Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimen dengan model rancangan Randomized Control Group Only Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X SMAN 2 Pariaman dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas X1 dengan 27 orang siswa sebagai kelas kontrol dan kelas X2 dengan 31 orang siswa sebagai kelas eksperimen. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes hasil belajar dan lembar observasi. Pengolahan data hasil tes akhir dilakukan melalui uji hipotesis yang menggunakan uji-t. Pada selang kepercayaan 95% dengan = 0,05 diperoleh nilai t = 2,073 dan    t = 1,67. Rata-rata hasil tes akhir siswa kelas eksperimen adalah 51,32 sedangkan rata-rata hasil tes akhir siswa kelas kontrol adalah 42,67, karena t t  berarti hipoteis penelitian ini diterima. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil belajar matematika siswa dengan menggunakan model problem posing tipe  post solution posing lebih baik dari hasil belajar matematika siswa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional. Berdasarkan hasil observasi secara umum terjadi peningkatan aktivitas siswa selama pembelajaran model problem posing dari pertemuan pertama sampai terakhir. Kata kunci: Problem Posing, Post Solution Posing, Hasil belajar Abstract This study aimed to examine the problem of improving learning outcomes between students who get the learning model of the type of post-solution problem posing posing and conventional learning, assessing the activity of class X student of SMAN 2 Pariaman during the learning process by using a mathematical model of the type of post-solution problem posing posing. The research instrument used is the achievement test and observation sheet. The final test result data processing is done through hypothesis testing using t-test. At the 95% confidence interval = 0.05 obtained value t = 2.073 and t = 1.67. The average results of experiments testing the student's final grade is 51.32 while the average results of the final test control class is 42.67, for t t mean hipoteis this study received. So it can be concluded that the results of students 'mathematics learning by using a model of post-type problem posing posing a better solution than the results of students' mathematics learning using conventional learning model.
