<![CDATA[This type of research is quantitative with a cross-sectional approach. This research aims to describe the existence of a positive and significant relationship between the quality of educational services and the level of parental satisfaction at Muslimat NU 5 Sukun Kepanjen Kindergarten. The sample in this study was the parents of students at the Muslimat NU 5 Sukun Kepanjen Kindergarten, totaling 72 respondents with the sampling technique used was simple random sampling. The data analysis used was the Pearson correlation test. The results of this research show that service quality (X) and level of parental satisfaction (Y) are correlated with each other, as evidenced by the ? value of 0.00 being smaller than the sig value of 0.05 and the correlation coefficient value for each variable is 0.514, which means there is the direction of the relationship is positive with the level of relationship being stated as moderate.]]>
