This study examines the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and ethical principles at PT Cirebon Power, a leading energy company in Indonesia. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results show that PT Cirebon Power successfully integrates CSR into its business operations, focusing on environmental preservation, community empowerment, and business transparency. These efforts include the use of environmentally friendly technology, land rehabilitation programs, scholarships, skills training, anti-corruption policies, and transparent reporting. Despite facing challenges such as community resistance and dynamic business environments, the company manages to overcome them through intensive dialogue with local communities and integrating CSR into the main business strategy. Effective CSR implementation has had a positive impact on both the company and the community, enhancing the company's reputation as well as the welfare and sustainability of the surrounding environment. These findings underscore the importance of CSR and ethics in supporting business sustainability and community development.
